Janny Franken
Janny started coaching First Grade students through a program called “Odyssey of the Mind.” She guided students in small-group problem-solving by asking questions, sharing observations, but not giving answers. She enjoyed their creativity and critical thinking skills. She has a heart for coaching people in congregations, ministry leaders around the nation, and women in transition. Janny has a Dutch Master’s Degree in Educational Sciences, a Bachelor’s in Pedagogy, and has completed training to lead a Dutch Elementary School in a foreign country. She is an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach, and has had her own coaching business since 2021. Janny has completed PCC (Professional Certified Coaching) training. Her favorite faith practice is listening to music and singing along—she finds God through music, in the car, during exercise, with her family—everywhere!
