Learn to Coach Leaders, Teams, and Congregations

Use coaching skills to develop leaders and grow spiritually vibrant congregations.

Our History

Vibrant Faith’s Coaching School trains pastors, program staff, religious and non-profit leaders, to facilitate powerful coaching conversations that transforms individuals and organizations. Our ICF-Certified coaching school helps participants develop eight core competencies that are used in most every coaching conversation and relationship. Vibrant Faith has coached hundreds of individuals, teams, and organizations since 2004. In 2019, Vibrant Faith chose to make their Coach Training Program available to leaders beyond our own coaching staff. Our school focuses on the eight core competencies described by the International Coaching Federation. In addition, we provide assessments, tools, resources and ongoing support for individuals seeking to embed coaching principles and practices within and beyond their current ministry setting.
