Learn to Coach Leaders, Team, Cohorts and Congregations
Use coaching skills to develop leaders and grow spiritually vibrant congregations.
In 2019, Vibrant Faith chose to make their Coach Training Program available to leaders beyond our own coaching staff. Our school focuses on the eight core competencies described by the International Coaching Federation. In addition, we provide assessments, tools, resources and ongoing support for individuals seeking to embed coaching principles and practices within and beyond their current ministry setting.
